We launch our word; imbued with fearsome strength, it shall disseminate and make it's change concrete. As a community it is essential that we acknowledge the significance of our collective voice and wield it to tear into the system that keeps art drained and obedient, being hijacked by corporate interests. Constant exposure to the bland, mundane and manufactured art is responsible for stifling creativity and strangling the life out of genuine expression and meaning. The viewer settles with what they're exposed to, being molded to fit in the confines of commercial art. We turn the blade outward at the institutions and conglomerates that make art their business and have invested interest in its sterility.
